Ralph Buckley Muse, founded Muse Consulting to provide interim management, turnaround management, and consulting services to high tech and manufacturing companies throughout North America. Mr. Muse recently completed an interim assignment as VP & GM of Land Imaging System Division of Input Output Inc. this $275 Million revenue division designs, and manufactures seismic equipment used worldwide for oil exploration and reservoir imaging applications. Mr. Muse is also a former Principal Consultant with Booz•Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Muse has extensive technology management experience, expertise in general management, manufacturing, and multinational sales / marketing, and operations. He has an extensive background in wireless data, networking, systems, electronics, energy, and consulting, with industry leaders including GE, ABB, Exxon, du Pont, and Booz•Allen & Hamilton. In addition Mr. Muse has served as the CEO, COO, or GM of three high tech venture backed startup companies and two high tech manufacturing public companies. Mr. Muse has raised a total of over $1.1 billion in equity financing.

Muse holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Christian Brothers University, and a MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.

Robert W. Mott, has been associated with Muse Consulting since 1997, with primarily with high tech and manufacturing companies. Currently Mr. Mott is Director of Engineering at the Land Imaging Systems Divission of Input Output Inc.

Mr. Mott is a senior level executive who has over 19 years of general management, product development, supply chain and operations experience. He has a significant background in wireless, networking, aerospace, integrated systems and manufacturing.

Previously Mr. Mott served as Vice President of Engineering for three publicly traded companies including Metricom, CSI ZeitNet and Kenetech. Additionally, he held senior roles with KPMG, Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath, and Booz • Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Mott holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma with significant additional coursework in Electrical, Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering.

Larry D. Sorrels, a former Consultant with Booz • Allen & Hamilton, joined Muse Consulting in 2003 working primarily with manufacturing companies.

Mr. Sorrels is a senior manufacturing executive with manufacturing technology management experience combined with proficiency in general management, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and multinational operations. He has an extensive background in lean manufacturing and quality systems implementations. His industry experience includes electronic product assembly, metal fabrication, heavy equipment, consumer products, and hand tools. He has consulted with industry leaders KPMG Peat Marwick and Booz • Allen & Hamilton. In addition Mr. Sorrels has served as the Vice President of three manufacturing companies and managed manufacturing plants for two high tech manufacturing public companies.

Mr. Sorrels holds a BS with Honors in Physics from East Texas State University, and a MS in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Caroline E. Branch, is a senior associate consultant for Muse Consulting with experience in business process redesign, business planning, and financial budgeting processes. Currently, Ms. Branch is assigned to a long-term consulting project for 7-Eleven, Inc. providing business analysis of gasoline pricing.

Ms. Branch holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with Oracle and Unix certifications from Southern Methodist University.
